Minkoff Development is looking for a detail oriented, energetic, organized, and customer service-based individual to assist Minkoff Development in the management of all aspects of property management including operational, financial, tenant service, and administrative duties for commercial property.

Summary:

It is the responsibility of the Assistant Property Manager to help manage the tenant experience acting as a frontline resource for tenants, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and thoroughly, while supporting the Property Manager in delivering excellent tenant satisfaction. This includes coordinating property operations and maintenance activities, assist with vendor procurement and oversight, and actively following up on daily building needs. The Assistant Property Manager will prepare draft budgets, contracts, and reports for review by the Property Manager. In partnership with the Property Manager, the Assistant will help ensure deadlines and standards are met.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel locally during the day - position requires independent vehicular travel between properties in the Washington Metropolitan Area
  • Must be available for after-hours calls
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Yardi experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task with a customer focused approach
  • Positive attitude and ability to effectively listen to co-workers and respond to their requests
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 5 years of relevant commercial real estate experience
  • Must have unrestricted right to work in the United States of America
