About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer. This strategic role is pivotal in driving alignment, clarity, and execution across the COO leadership team. The successful candidate will serve as a thought partner, an extension of the COO, and will be responsible for day-to-day operational support, including filtering and prioritizing issues, and ensuring the COO is prepared to act decisively. The Chief of Staff will also lead operational cadences, drive cross-functional initiatives, and manage executive-level projects. A key aspect of the role is to build strong relationships with senior leaders, foster collaboration, and ensure operational excellence across a global, distributed team. Applicants must have at least 8 years' of progressive leadership experience, with a minimum of 4 years' supporting C-suite executives in operational roles. The role requires a proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and sensitive organizational issues. Experience in a distributed organization and a background in HR, technology, or business operations are essential. The ideal candidate will be a proactive powerhouse, a judicious operator, and a trusted advisor, with exceptional communication skills and a global perspective.
