WHAT WE ARE SEEKING

We have assignments available to help our  insurance carrier clients in  Collections Specialist positions. Responsibilities include:

• Provide responsive and timely service to agents / brokers.


• Conduct account analysis to determine outstanding balances and delinquent accounts.


• Build strong relationships with agency partners through consistent communications both verbally and in written form.


• Responsible for collecting payments on overdue accounts and for the timely resolution of billing issues.


• Assist customers with payment plans related to audits and special circumstances.


• Familiarity with payment processing software is a plus.

TO BECOME A WORK-AT-HOME VINTAGE EXPERT, WE REQUIRE

• 25 years of full-time work experience


• 10 most recent years of insurance carrier experience
