Client Summary:

High Country Search Group is partnering with a private, design-led real estate development firm that is hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for high-end custom residential projects in Northern Sonoma County.

You’ll work closely with internal teams—project management, architecture, and design—to bring bespoke luxury homes to life. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role focused on execution, quality control, and trade coordination. What You’ll Do:

• Direct daily site operations from sitework through handover
• Manage subcontractors and enforce trade sequencing and quality standards
• Coordinate field efforts with internal PMs and design leads
• Conduct daily walks, schedule inspections, and track construction milestones
• Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and OSHA compliance
• Own final punch and warranty items post-turnover

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years of experience in luxury or high-end residential construction
• Strong understanding of finish details, quality standards, and sequencing
• Excellent communicator, comfortable leading trades and liaising with internal teams
• Proficiency with BuilderTrend, Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, and mobile field tools
• Able to interpret plans/specs and manage in-field change coordination
