Data & Analytics Team Overview The Data & Analytics team creates and deploys capabilities to drive business results. Comprising data scientists, engineers, and consultants, the team handles the full analytics lifecycle: understanding challenges, developing data assets, applying analytical techniques, and visualizing findings. We build tools and applications, and mentor colleagues in technical and analytical skills. We are seeking a Data Scientist to support complex analytics, develop tools, and contribute to technical roadmaps. This role offers opportunities to grow skills, lead innovative projects, and provide data-driven recommendations across various domains. Responsibilities Support end-to-end data science projects, deploy machine learning models in cloud environments, and optimize for scalability and performance. Guide clients in leveraging models and interpreting results for business insights. Address complex analytical challenges, including data preparation, modeling, and visualization. Develop analytical apps and tools, innovate service lines, and uphold best practices in development and data integrity. Assist in client proposals and contribute to team upskilling and capability development. Qualifications and Experience Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related fields. At least 2 years of applied data science experience with machine learning and statistical modeling. Proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), Spark, SQL; familiarity with Alteryx and Tableau preferred. Experience deploying models in AWS, Azure, GCP, with knowledge of MLOps practices. Hands-on experience with large datasets, data warehousing, and analytics for business insights.
