Position: Dental Front Office Administrative Team Member
Location: Atlantic Beach

Are you an organized, friendly, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping others? Join our patient-centered dental practice as a Front Office Administrative Team Member and be a key part of creating exceptional experiences for every patient who walks through our doors.

What Youll Do:

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism

• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently

• Collect co-pays, balances, and maintain accurate financial records

• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with patient inquiries

• Support the clinical team with smooth front-to-back office coordination

• Maintain a clean and organized front office environment

What Were Looking For:

• Previous dental front office or medical admin experience preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

• A team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
