Email Marketing Project Coordinator
Location Addison, TX | Onsite - in office 4 days per week
Compensation & Schedule
• $30/hr
• 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday
• Long-term contract
ROLE IMPACT
As part of the Digital Marketing Team, you will support the execution of outbound campaigns and email initiatives targeting segmented audiences. This role drives timely, relevant communication efforts aligned with promotions, events, and marketing strategies by leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and data-driven insights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to align campaigns with strategic objectives
• Assist in loading contact lists, creating data extensions, testing, and deploying email campaigns
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to ESP/Marketing Cloud
• Maintain accurate audience segmentation and ensure timely, relevant messaging
• Analyze campaign performance data and apply findings to optimize future communications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Seeking 1-2 years of experience in email marketing and automation, internship experience would be fine!
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and at least one major ESP; Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Email marketing platforms (ESP)
• Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (basic image editing)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience with both B2B and B2C campaign strategies
• Strong business partner support and service orientation
• Comfortable collaborating with technical, creative, and marketing teams
