In-home Sales Representative - Greater Chicago Area
Rooftop Designs LLC is an award-winning home renovation company and is undergoing its largest expansion since inception. We specialize in Roofing, One-Day Bath Installs, siding, Windows and Doors. We are launching our brand new office in the Greater Chicago area in the first phase of our growth strategy and we will be servicing a 90 minute driving radius from our office in Schaumburg, IL! We have been operating for nearly two decades in Maryland, DC, and Virginia and are excited to continue our growth into the Midwest markets!
We're looking for hard-working individuals to join our sales team! No in-home sales or sales experience is required for this position! We'll train you on how to sell our products with a proven selling methodology. We're not your "average" home improvement company - we have some of the best tools in the industry to be able to show homeowners that their project will be done right using only the best products on the market. Our business is growing fast don't miss out on the opportunity of a lifetime!
Our average sales consultant makes anywhere from $90,000 to $140,000 OR MORE PER YEAR! Our current top performers earn between $180,000 to $225,000!!

-Remodeling experience is a plus, but not required. You will receive paid, professional training with hands-on coaching.
Responsibilities - Engage with customers to understand their home remodeling needs and provide tailored solutions for their roofing, window/door, siding and bathroom projects.
- Demonstrate products and services effectively, utilizing strong communication skills.
- Conduct outside sales efforts to expand the customer base.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of sales and customer interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
