Industrial Spray Painter
Our expanding Outagamie County company is looking to add an experienced industrial spray painter to their 2nd shift team. This temp to hire position will offer you a competitive starting wage with ample room for growth.

Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd shift
Starting Pay – $22+
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Spray Painter to perform spray painting of industrial equipment, machinery, and large-scale components. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
·Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
·Apply coatings using spray guns and other painting equipment according to specifications.
·Ensure even coverage, proper thickness, and high-quality finishes.
·Mix paints and coatings to the required consistency and color.
·Inspect finished work to ensure it meets company and client standards.
·Maintain and clean spray equipment and painting booths.
·Follow safety protocols and use proper PPE at all times.
·Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
·Previous experience as an industrial spray painter or in a similar role.
·Knowledge of various painting techniques, equipment, and materials.
·Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
·Strong attention to detail and quality control.
·Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations related to painting.
·Physical stamina and ability to work in various positions for extended periods.
·Certification in spray painting or coatings (preferred but not required).
