About the Role

They are seeking a competitive, driven IT Recruiter to join their Dallas team. The ideal candidate has staffing experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a hunter mindset to building strong candidate and client relationships. This is an opportunity to grow with a high-performing team while earning uncapped commissions.

$50-60k base + Tiered Commission (5-9%)

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract IT and professional talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, offers, and onboarding
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and through consistent networking outreach
  • Achieve and exceed monthly activity and revenue goals

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in staffing or recruiting (IT/technical focus preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop relationships
