About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Live-In Caregiver to support a lovely couple in Brick, NJ . One of the clients is living with dementia , and we are looking for someone who is engaging, patient, and experienced in memory care. The ideal candidate will be bi-lingual in Spanish and English and must be comfortable around friendly dogs .

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with daily living activities including grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Offer companionship and engage in stimulating activities, especially for dementia care
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Monitor client health and ensure medications are taken as prescribed
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Support mobility and transfers as needed
• Communicate effectively with the family and care team

Requirements:

• Bi-lingual Spanish speaker
• Previous experience with dementia care
• Must be comfortable with dogs
• Reliable, caring, and professional demeanor
• Ability to live-in for multiple consecutive days
• Valid ID and work authorization
• References required
• Must have an active CHHA license in New Jersey
• Have a valid physical examination within the last year, TB testing or negative Chest x-ray, and proof of MMR vaccine.
