Requirements ~ Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting ~3+ years of related work experience ~ Strong understanding of the 3 financial statements and accounting ~ Ability to create and maintain advanced financial models ~ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required ~ Strong attention to detail and data quality control skills ~ Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills ~ Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently; able to multi-task and adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment ~ Experience in the retail/hospitality industry and/or a public company environment preferred Desired Skills CPA, MBA or other certifications Experience with Oracle SmartView or similar database tool
