Key Responsibilities:Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold outreach, inbound leads, and industry networkingDevelop a deep understanding of our manufacturing capabilities (CNC machining, turning, assembly, etc.)Target and pursue jobs that are a strategic fitrepeatable, high-tolerance, high-value partsManage the sales pipeline from initial outreach to quoting and closingCollaborate with estimating and engineering teams to develop accurate quotes and proposalsAttend trade shows, customer visits, and industry events as neededMaintain accurate CRM records and sales tracking metricsProvide regular updates on sales progress and pipeline healthRequirements:6+ years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing, Machining, Injection Molding or industrial marketsStrong communication skillsTechnical understanding of manufacturing processesProficiency with email outreach, CRM tools, and sales platformsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectivelyExperience selling into aerospace, or medical device industries is a plusExisting contacts in aerospace and medical industries is a plusCompensation: Base salary + performance-based commission (OTE based on experience and results).Health, Dental, Vision, and Life.
