Job Description
We will train the right person - No previous pool cleaning experience required - great opportunity for a dedicated person - pay increases based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and service pools for residential customers
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, and skimming
- Test and balance water chemistry to ensure safe and clean swimming conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Skills:
- Understanding of basic maintenance techniques and equipment
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate water chemistry balancing
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner

The position requires a high degree of stamina for physical labor, with the ability to work outdoors in high levels of heat and all weather conditions. Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively and often. The associate must be able to stand, bend, stoop, stretch and climb and must be able to work around pool chemicals without an adverse reaction.
