Salary: Pool Tech/Maintenance $16-$20

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Pool Tech/Maintenance workers in the Centerville, Ohio area starting at $16.00-$20.00/hour and up based upon experience.

Essential Job Functions :

• Cleaning the pool, including skimming debris, brushing walls, and vacuuming the pool surface.
• Cleaning and changing pool filters.
• Cleaning and disinfecting the pool deck and surrounding areas.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of pool equipment and facilities.
• Testing and adjusting water chemistry to maintain proper chlorine, pH, and alkalinity levels.
• Adding chemicals as needed to balance water chemistry.
• Using chemical treatments to restore water to the correct levels.
• Troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing faulty equipment such as pumps, heaters, and lights.
• Identifying and fixing cracks or leaks in the pool area.
• Installing new equipment, including filters, pumps, and chlorinators.

Job Classification Requirements :

• Construction/electrical/plumbing/maintenance experience is a BIG PLUS
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors
• Must stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to floor.
• heavy equipment experience is a PLUS!
• Always adheres to company safety policies.
