Job Title: Lead Automated and Manual Tester (Remote) Location: Barberton, OH (Fully Remote) Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Lead Automated and Manual Tester to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our testing efforts, utilizing both automated and manual testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scripting, particularly in .NET and/or C#, and possess the ability to write and execute tests effectively. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of testing processes, develop and implement testing strategies, and drive the overall quality of our products. Responsibilities: Lead the testing efforts, including both automated and manual testing processes. Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure product quality and reliability. Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using .NET and/or C#. Design and execute manual test cases to validate software functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the testing team. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in automated and manual testing methodologies. Strong scripting experience in .NET and/or C#. Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium, NUnit, or similar tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
