Based out of Thonotosassa, FL, we take pride in delivering exceptional solutions while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
What You’ll Do As a key member of our customer service team, you’ll:
- ️ Be the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, or chat to provide top-notch support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns by identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-ups are completed.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
No prior experience? No problem! We’re seeking individuals who:
