What’s Cool About This Job

WEKA is seeking a talented, data-driven Sr. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to partner closely with our Americas Strategic Accounts team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact ABM programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate deal velocity, and deepen customer relationships. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, field marketing, and campaign/product marketing teams to align strategy with business goals. If you're a strategic builder who blends data with creativity and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Build & Execute ABM Campaigns: Develop and lead 1:1 and 1:few, full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that drive deal acceleration, account growth, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities. Create scalable frameworks and repeatable playbooks to support consistent, data-driven ABM execution within high-priority verticals like healthcare.
  2. Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with sales reps and leadership to gain deep account insight and deliver persona- and use case-driven messaging that drives engagement. Serve as the ABM lead for the Americas region in all strategic planning discussions.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with field marketing, campaigns/product marketing, customer marketing, and sales to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer journeys aligned to business objectives.
  4. Data-Driven Optimization: Define and track key performance indicators tied to business goals, analyze campaign performance and continuously refine strategies using data insights to improve impact and efficiency.
  5. Experiential Marketing: Partner with field marketing to design high-touch, bespoke experiences for top strategic accounts—elevating in-market activations with 1:1 personalization and memorable engagements.
  6. Innovation & Testing: Champion a culture of experimentation by testing new tactics, staying current with ABX trends, and bringing creative, bold ideas to life that redefine how we engage target accounts.
  7. Budget Management: Own the ABM program budget, ensuring efficient spend, strong ROI, and alignment with regional and organizational priorities.
  8. ABM Resource Hub: Build and maintain a centralized ABM Center of Excellence with self-serve tools, templates, and best practices to empower global marketing and sales teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in B2B enterprise technology industry, including at least 5 years as an account-based marketing (ABM) manager.
  • Proven experience with 1:1 and 1:few account-based strategies and integrated marketing execution.
  • Proficient in sales and martech tools and ABM platforms, including Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Demandbase, Gong, Optimizely, and 6Sense.
  • Strong sales-centric approach with a deep understanding of how to create marketing that drives outbound efforts and earns sales adoption.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally across organizational boundaries and build relationships to achieve objectives.
  • Strategic and creative thinker capable of simplifying complex concepts, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and blending storytelling with data to make impactful marketing decisions.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting business needs.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with agility and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with an outcome-driven mindset and a focus on continuous process improvement.
  • Interest in technology/AI trends, with enthusiasm for analyzing results and trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
