Ares Management is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join the firm's Global Campus Recruiting team. The Campus Recruiter will report directly to the Senior New York Campus Recruiter. The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for full life-cycle recruitment for US Summer Intern and Analyst searches, across business groups and geographies.
Ares is a fast-paced, high growth and constantly evolving environment; to succeed, the Campus Recruiter will need flexible skills, including the ability to think strategically, complete tasks tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations.

$120,000-$140,000
