Job Summary We’re looking for sushi professionals with the expertise and passion to prepare handcrafted sushi dishes while upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation. You’ll play a key role in crafting memorable dining experiences for our guests while advancing your culinary skills in a supportive, professional kitchen atmosphere . Job Responsibilities Sushi Preparation : Prepare exquisite dishes, including sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and specialty sushi creations, with emphasis on premium quality and aesthetics. Ingredient Management : Handle seafood, rice, vegetables, and other ingredients with precision, ensuring freshness and safety. Food Quality & Safety : Maintain meticulous hygiene and food safety standards throughout the preparation process. Knife Skills & Presentation : Exhibit exceptional proficiency in cutting techniques and plating visually stunning dishes. Station Maintenance : Keep workstations, tools, and the kitchen spotless and organized to enable seamless operations. Collaboration : Work efficiently with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence. Qualifications Proven expertise in sushi rolling, nigiri, sashimi, and/or specialty sushi dishes. Strong understanding of ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to continuous learning. Experience in high-end sushi restaurants is strongly preferred .
