Job Description

Time Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, a subsidiary of Time Auto Group, is looking for a Valet/Dealership Lot Attendant to join our growing team!

Schedule : Friday - Tuesday, 12pm - 7pm

Compensation : $17.50 per hour

Qualifications :

  • 1 year previous lot attendant or related experience required.
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicles preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Preferred High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; math, reading, and software skills; basic computer proficiency.
  • Ability to learn new technology and procedures.

Responsibilities : The bulk of this job requires detailing vehicles, however there will be cross-training to support other areas of the business as needed.
  • Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows, and wipes down doorjambs.
  • Arrange with vendors as requested by management.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the customer lounge.
  • Clean fingerprints / grease marks off all department doors/walls daily.
  • Check customer bathrooms 3 times a day for cleaning needed and clean as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness of shuttle vehicle and ensure it is secured each night.
  • Pick up garbage and debris from the lot and all surrounding areas of the building daily.
  • Empty exterior garbage cans when full.
  • Recycle cardboard from shop and offices as needed.
  • Run errands including but not limited to the bank, post office etc.
  • Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
  • Reports any safety issues immediately to management.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
