It’s My Party Rentals helps customers celebrate life’s biggest moments with ease. From backyard birthdays to elegant weddings and corporate events, we provide rentals for tents, tables, chairs, moonwalks, food service items, helium tanks, and more.

We're looking for a Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day operations—remotely. You’ll assist with scheduling, customer communication, order updates, and general administrative tasks to keep our event services running smoothly behind the scenes.

Position Summary

As a Virtual Assistant , you will work closely with our sales and operations teams to help manage client communications, update orders, track schedules, and handle light data entry. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, tech-savvy, and self-motivated—ready to help from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support via email, phone, and chat
  • Schedule and confirm customer appointments and event deliveries
  • Update rental orders and inventory records in our system
  • Respond to basic customer service inquiries
  • Manage email inbox and calendar appointments
  • Track invoices, payments, and customer documentation
  • Create internal reports, summaries, or spreadsheets as needed
  • Collaborate remotely with logistics and warehouse teams
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 1–2 years experience in admin, customer service, or virtual assistant roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with CRM, scheduling tools, and email management
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation

$17–$22 per hour , based on experience

Full-time or part-time options available
