The Providence Brain & Spine Institute is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner for its Cognitive/Dementia program, part of the largest and most comprehensive neurosciences program in the region. This position will work with a team of physicians and navigators to deliver comprehensive care in an active outpatient clinical practice and with a dynamic patient and family caregiver support program. Duties for this role will include management of patients in the outpatient clinic. Though neurological and/or geriatric experience is preferred, motivated candidates with all levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
