What You’ll Do The Installation Specialist - Tech I has a variety of duties and responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Provide top-notch service via phone, chat, and email to customers, installers, and partners, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Problem-Solve in Real Time: Address and de-escalate customer service issues, escalating to management when necessary to ensure resolution. Coordinate Installations: Schedule installation projects with precision and manage updates to support field offices effectively. Verify and Maintain Accuracy: Review field measurements and sold contracts, resolving discrepancies to ensure installations meet exact specifications. Skills & Experience Customer-Centric: Always prioritize delivering the best service. Problem Solver: Quick to address challenges and find solutions. Excellent Communicator: You know how to listen and lead with clarity. Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to handle data accuracy, verify measurements, and manage records meticulously. Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. Experience working in flooring installation or construction preferred. Other Requirements Must be able to pass a background check. Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license. Travel Travel is not required for this position.
